Reading odds for the favourite
Team B to win: Decimal 1.80 = Fractional 4/5 = American -125. With a ৳200 stake, the return is ৳360 (profit ৳160). When American odds show a minus, it means how much you need to stake to win 100.

How a multi bet is calculated
In a multi bet, the odds of all selections are multiplied together. Example: 3 selections at odds of 1.50, 1.60, and 1.90. The combined odds come to 1.50 × 1.60 × 1.90 = 4.56 (approximately). With a ৳100 stake, if all selections are correct the return is ৳456.
But be careful — if any one selection loses, the entire ৳100 is gone. A multi bet offers a higher return, but every selection must win.

Betting exchange: BACK and LAY
Exchange markets have two types of bets — BACK (betting on a win) and LAY (betting against a win). Example: BACK Team A at decimal odds 1.80 with ৳500 — if Team A wins, profit is ৳400 before commission; if they do not win, ৳500 is lost. LAY Team A at the same odds against a backer of ৳500 — if Team A does not win, profit is ৳500 (before commission); if they win, you pay ৳400 (liability = ৳500 × 0.80).
